Sutton Place neighborhood consists of 235 homes nestled in northeast Norman and just minutes away from great local shopping and dining. The Community park and pool make this a great place to call home!

What's going on

at Sutton Place?

Sutton Place is a close-knit community. We have an active calendar of events, including an annual Easter Egg Hunt, an annual Pool Party for HOA Members, National Night Out Events participation with the City of Norman and bi-monthly Food Trucks. With access to Sutton Wilderness and our close proximity to Griffin Memorial Sports Complex, we are truly are Norman's Best Kept Secret!

Sutton Place Park

Our park is maintained by the City of Norman. Offering a child play set and swings to our residents, we are also home to big open spaces to run, play soccer, football or fly a kite.

Pool & Pavilion

Sutton Place Pool, Pavilion and Sand Volleyball are open from Mid-May to October 1st each year. The Pavilion can be reserved for private parties.

Sutton Place Pond

Sutton Place Pond, with its own walking track, is located in the southwest section of the neighborhood and stocked with fish to catch and release.
